It is well made and solid build, to me size was relevant and for meal for one is generous and ok for meals for two. This is a ideal cook pot for backpackers awell .A Good buy.

This little cup is lightweight, sturdy, and the perfect size for a cup of coffee or tea in the backcountry. Keeps my drink hot and I was able to sip carefully without burning my lips. I love it!

I use this with a titanium pot and gel based fuel. I've cooked coffee in it. It's light weight and fits inside my pot. If you want basic and functional, it does the job.
